Dial Company Register maintains statutory share registers on behalf of Malawian companies. This includes recording shareholders, issuing share certificates, recording share transfers, and calculating and recording dividend payments.

Company administrators are granted access only to the companies they are linked to. Shareholders may access only their own holdings through the shareholder portal. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.

Companies and their officers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit, including shareholder details, share allocations and dividend declarations. We maintain the register based on the instructions we receive and do not independently verify the underlying corporate decisions.

Registry access is subject to a registration fee and an annual support fee, as set out in the invoice issued on registration. Access to a company’s registry may be suspended if fees remain unpaid. Suspension of one company does not affect other companies on the same account.

Share certificates and dividend vouchers generated by the Service are records of entries in the register. Where a certificate is cancelled or replaced, the superseded certificate is marked accordingly and retained for audit purposes.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in respect of the affected company. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied to us, or from decisions taken by a company or its officers.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi.
