Privacy Policy

• Shareholder records: name, address, national/ID number, tax identification number, email, telephone and bank details, provided by the company whose register we maintain.
• Account information: username and email address for company administrators and shareholder portal users.
• Correspondence: information you send us through our contact form.
• Technical data: IP address and timestamps recorded in our audit log for security purposes.

We process this information to maintain statutory share registers, issue share certificates, calculate and pay dividends, record share transfers, and meet the record-keeping obligations of the companies we act for.

We do not sell personal information. Shareholder information is shared only with the company whose register it belongs to, its authorised officers, and where disclosure is required by law or a regulator.

Access is restricted by role. Company administrators can access only the companies they are linked to, and shareholders can access only their own holdings. Changes to registry records are written to an audit log.

Statutory registers, certificates and transfer records are retained for the periods required by Malawian company law, and for as long as we act for the relevant company.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate. Requests relating to a specific company register may be referred to that company.
