Shareholders can access their own records 24/7 through the secure self-service portal, download their PDF certificates, track dividend history, and submit transfer requests.

How the Registry Works

1. Company Onboarding — We register your company with all statutory details, authorized capital, share classes, and appointed signatories.
2. Shareholder Registration — Each shareholder is issued a unique Folio Number and their first Share Certificate is generated automatically as a PDF.
3. Self-Service Access — Shareholders log in to view holdings, download certificates, and track dividend entitlements at any time.
4. Transfers — Transfer requests are submitted online and reviewed by the company secretary before processing.
5. Verification — Any certificate can be verified online using its certificate or folio number — no login required.
6. Reporting — All statutory reports are available on demand: Register of Members, Transfer Register, Shareholding Summary.
